The Staff and Management at Golden Ponds Restaurant and Party House wishes to thank you for considering our establishment as the site of your upcoming event. We also wish to help you create your dream weedding come true. Should you at any time require additional services other than contracted for, please let us know. We can provide those extra enhancements. The following information and conditions are provided to assist you in arranging your function at Golden Ponds.
ROOM ASSIGNMENTS
Rooms are assigned in accordance with anticipated attendance. Revisions in the attendance may necessitate reassignments to a more suitable function room. Golden Ponds holds the right to cancel any event due to misrepresentation by the event planner.
MENUS
Our Catering Manager and Chef will be more than glad to work with you in designing theme parties, packages, and other menus that may be better suited to your particular event.
DECORATIONS
Golden Ponds will not permit affixing of anything to the walls, floor or ceiling with nails, staples, tape or any other substance until prior approval has been arranged. An extra clean- up charge of $150.00 will be added to your bill for any throwing of confetti, rice, shredded mylar, or loose potpourri, etc.
BEVERAGE SERVICE
We offer a complete selection of beverages to compliment your function. Please note that alcoholic beverage sales and service is regulated by the State of  New York. Golden Ponds, as a licensee, is responsible for the administration of these regulations. Therefore it is the policy that no liquor, wine, or beer may be brought into the establishment from outside sources or taken out. All customers must be 21 years of age to be served.
GUARANTEE
We ask that you provide us with your final guarantee four business days prior to the function date. This count is not subject to reduction. If no final guarantee is received, we will consider the number of guests indicated on the original banquet event order to be the correct and final number of guests. We will be prepared to serve 5% over the final number.

PAYMENT POLICY (FOR WEDDINGS)
A $250 deposit is required to hold & confirm all dates. A second deposit is required 6 weeks after your first deposit of the same amount. We ask that proper credit information be established prior to the function.  Twelve weeks before the date  of the function, one half of the remaining balance is due. Payment of the total balance is required 24 hours prior to the function date, based on the guaranteed number of guests. MOST MAJOR CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED FOR DEPOSITS. THE TOTAL BALANCE CAN BE PAID BY BANK CHECK, CERTIFIED CHECK, CASH OR MONEY ORDERS.
 
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
ALL BUFFETS MINIMUM OF 40 PEOPLE.
PATRONS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY ANY GUEST.

For any other functions, initial deposit is $100.00. Remaining balance is due on date of function.
